Former Nationals Players earn All American Accolades!Lyndsey Grein and Julia Colorato both earned All American honors this past season.  Lyndsey was 30-3 on the season and earned 1st team All-Big Ten, and First team NFCA All Region.  Lyndsey helped the University Oregon punch their ticket to the Women's College World Series.Julia Colorato earned 1st Team All Region while playing at the College of Dupage.  Julia finised the year hitting .474 and an on base percentage of .527.Congratulations to our new All Americans!

Say good-bye to Larry's hitting shed!  "Wow, I am leaving a lot of great memories!", Larry said. The picture to the left was taken the night of the big move.  The new National's warehouse is 10,000 square foot with plans for two hitting lanes, 8 hitting stations, and a huge turfed area for fielding, live game situations, infield drills, outfield drills, pitching, etc.   Larry also has plans on having strength and conditioning training, winter clinics and more.  New paint, new lights, a lot of new electrical work, heating and new turf is currently being installed.  The picture to the right shows the new lights.  Thanks goes out to all of the Nationals parents and players who have helped.  Also, thanks to Larry, Kim and the rest of the Brzezinski family for making this happen.//

Congratulations to the Nationals 12u for making it to the championship game at the recent Stone City Sharks PGF Regional Qualifier held on October 4-6th. .  Due to weather the game was not completed and the Nationals were crowned co-champions and earned a regional PGF bid.  Great job girls!!!

The Miracle League is a national organization determined to bring the game of baseball to children with disabilities around the globe.  Their focus is to orchestrate baseball programs and to help build accessible rubberized fields so that every child has the chance to play baseball. Today the Nationals organization had a great opportunity to help out The Miracle League of Joliet and provide some players to help out during  a game.  It became one of those days that make you realize what life is all about!  Truly a special day for all!  Thanks to Mrs. Stuchly, Coach Kim and the National players for making it happen!
